'Kana' is a part of the 'Creatures' Series.

This winged & tentancle-bursting critter intertwines the features of various land & sea creatures. Koi fish are said to be symbols of good fortune & luck, as well as abundance and perseverance. 

The dragon koi represents strength, power, and ferocity while the koi embodies perseverance and strength of will. Together, they allude to the legend of the koi fish, representing transformation and re-birth. 

Kana was specifically chosen as the name for this creature, as its Japanese translation is: dexterity & skill.
